Lunch Hours

Everyone needs a break, this I understand. I'm in front of my computer the majority of the day and every so often need to take a break. Sometimes I'll go say Hi to a coworker but make sure as to not over stay my welcome.

Then there's the lunch hour. Oh, the famous lunch hour. An hour away from work where I can go and do as I please. Freedom in the middle of the day. The replacement of "recess" from when I was a child. To taste the sweet sunshine that peaks through the office windows.

That being said I don't mind eating with my coworkers at all. In fact I like it. In these lunch "confessions" I find out more about them then I ever needed/wanted to know. Its an eye opener to say the least. During these periods its easy to identify the various types of workers:

1) Those that know what they want before they even get to the restaurant

- this person looks at their watch at least 4x's figuring out if they'll be late getting back

2) Those that ask the waiter for the specials and are quite picky on their order

- this person could care less about getting back to the office and can justify their tardiness

3) Those that look over the menu and settle in and pick their food and might order a beer

- this person...well is the boss

No matter whom you are or if your a combination the three main easy spotters are listed. Can you find your coworkers in them?
